I thought about !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and you were correct. I actually told myself that I was going to let shit like that go from now on, and I have been, mostly. This time I was going to, but when the Honda chimed in, I made an exception. And yes, it was a nice stress reliever, which is all it accomplished.

God, your state is scary.
Down South, we only ever need to use the horn oh, say, once a year.

This is just Nebraska. I'm headed to the place which consistently is ranked "worst drivers in the country" (that would be D.C). When you see the dash cam from there, my guess is you'll shit yourself.

I prefer to watch the lights and time them and then tap the gas right as I get the green light just enough so that the combination of torque and soft suspension makes my Grand Marquis sag in the back and lift in the front creating the illusion that I am taking off like a bat out of hell. It has convinced a few people to hit the brakes and change their mind about rolling through after the arrow is done.

Ye', sometimes it can make you really irate but you've video footage. Can you not hand it in to police and if they don't want to deal with it do you have a 'road safety initiative' that can take it up and put pressure on the police to respond to it.
The other week I had to honk because a woman in front of me had gone through a red light, she stopped but obstructed the junction (which I left space for her to reverse back into), but she sat there while can honked to get round her, then when the red turned to green I gave her time to put the car in gear and take off the hand brake but she still sat there and I had to honk to get her to move.
Thing is, you can't cure stupid. You can try to keep away but invariably your going to meet a few so just allow extra time or take it up with the police.

I dunno if it's worth contacting the cops. If it were something really bad I might, but frankly I think the video is almost giving it more attention than it deserves. Who knows, though. Maybe I might send it in someday.

Maybe not for a single event. Though if it were a regular event and became a theme at the same junction may be worth notifying a local authority (police, safety initiative, etc... ) to take up the case.
Some people it seems get there licence from Kelloggs out of a packet of corn flakes by the way they drive.

Agreed.
And here in the U.S., that's about how it works. People view driving as a right, and thus the single, one time only test is absurdly easy.
